
Here's a fun fact- I am the pickiest eater ever. I'm afraid of mayonaise, bbq sauce, and anything foreign. BUT when put in the akward situation of potentially offending someone by not trying something, I take a deep breath and say a quick prayer.
My roomate made arroz con (whatever the word is for seafood) and it had talapia, scallops, octopus, and shrimp. AND IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I drenched it in soy sauce but I tried it and mom would be proud!
